The DNC covers a single WhoopDeDupe station license for a special version of WhoopDeDupe software exclusively for the Voter File Manager (VFM)
at each Democratic State Party office nationally. This special version of WhoopDeDupe software incorporates a TargetSmart API which assigns the
VoteBuilder ID to person records in any raw data file. WhoopDeDupe saves time by quickly uploading and normalizing any selected file, and submitting
the data through the TargetSmart API in the required format, enhanced for improved VoteBuilder ID assignment results. WhoopDeDupe applies the
VoteBuilder ID values and produces a clean export file format which can be batch updated to the VoteBuilder database. In addition, the TargetSmart
API includes their handy Geocode assignment service. All of this is available to each state party office at no cost thanks to the DNC.

Working closely with innovative state party database administrators we have built additional supplemental services, and we will continue to expand and
improve these services. The DNC arrangement affords us the opportunity to collaborate and create new solutions.

"Basic Campaign" service plan at $290 per month covering unlimited data processing on up to 5 stations. This
service plan includes our popular "Proximity Match" and "Registry Match" features. A custom plan can be tailored to meet a
campaign's specific requirements.
